Layouts catch up....

Hi hope you all enjoying your weekend! We had another busy one but having a slack afternoon today. Just wanted to share a few more layouts from last year I didn't get to share.

This one is very special cause it's about my daddy! Love him so much he is such a kind, gentle caring man who is always there for me. Also special because it's very hard to get a photo of him! I have journaling on the tag behind photo. I have used Echo Park - times and seasons.


These two were a class I taught at Made with Memories. Using lots of Prima goodies!

I have sprayed the yellow flower with October Afternoon Spray Ink - Lemon Drop to give it a deeper color.

I also used one of these gorgeous Prima resin birdhouse.

HBS December Sketch and Newsletter

Here is the December Sketch for Handmade by Suzanne.

Here is my example.....
Something about boys and muscles hey! I snapped these two the other day comparing muscles, Lachlan always says feel my muscles after he eats his vegetables! Very Cute :) I have used some older crate paper in my stash. I have some journalling behind the photo on a tag with another photo on the back.

I have had this pic ready to scrap for ages, I just love it! My girl is so stunning :)))
It went perfectly with this range :)

This one is a favorite pics of my firstborn and I at Cottesloe Beach when he was just 4 months old

Get Picky November Sketch #14

I have used new Glitz papers. This is my mum and dad when they were young and spunky haha they just celebrated 35 years of marriage ! Congrats ma and pa that is a big achievement!!

Once upon a Sketch...

This is my entry for once upon a sketch! My first time I have entered one of their challenges and I really enjoyed it.
I took this pic of my gorgeous boy when we stayed at my Aunty's in the country.

I used some My Minds Eye papers, Prima flowers, vine, fabric words and also a new prima mask for the brickwork. I lightly misted with chalkboard mist and then doodled around some of the pattern and then whitewashed over the top with TH Distress stain picket fence.

Here is the sketch it is based on....I have flipped the sketch.

Also part of the challenge is .....Journalling Criteria: This time you need to journal at least 2 SENTENCES on WHEN you started scrapping and WHY?

I Have printed my journalling onto masking tape.

Echo Park Happy Days
This is about my spunky boy and the things I love about him :)
Last week I was so so lucky to attend a class with international scrapper and designer Ingvild Bolme from Norway! I was so excited she made it all the way to WA and to the shop I work at in Rockingham Made with Memories!
We got to use all her new tools, which I must say are fabulous and sooo easy to use. We were taught lots of new tips and tricks! Here is the layout we made.....

On a different note, see my bestie in the front row with the beautiful baby bump! Well she was very happy that baby was late so she could make Ingvild's class. hehe
Now since the class.......I'm happy to say a big Congrats to Anita, Daniel and Nathan on the safe arrival of their little girl April Rose. It was so nice to finally meet her last night! She is beautiful with the longest toes i have ever seen :)
