I wanted to scrap these pics for ages...finally! My boy, like most, loves to help daddy in the garden or washing the cars and it's so cute how they want to be just like their daddy. I kept it simple to keep the focus on the photo's.

Warning...long post...lots of photo's...grab a cuppa!

Hello all!

We had a nice weekend catching up with friends and family and we had a going away party for a friend so we have been busy!

Wow only one week until school holidays again! How the time flies! No kindy or swim lessons for us so I have no idea what we will do because it just doesn't want to stop raining here in Perth! Bring on the summer!!!!!!
I have a few pics of the kids...Lachlan at swimming lessons. I am so proud of him this term he has learnt to doggy paddle and jump in the pool on his own and dive under the water.

My darling parents just came back from 10 sunny warm days in Cairns ( I'm not jealous at all!)

I had to share some pics as they rode motorbikes from Cairns to Cape Trib and the Daintree. So they thought they were like Wild Hogs!..............

These are the bikes they hired...he he good on them they had the best time!

So unfortunately I have not had any time for scrapping! This is one I did a couple of weeks back..

On the home front I finally got my new Quilt, sheets and pillows from Adairs. They are so lovely! It finishes of my room just nicely. Now I'm trying to make my room a kid free zone!!!!!!

My darling husband got a new big flat screen TV just in time for the footy finals so he has been glued to that all weekend...he even told me he loves it so much he wants to hug it! (how sad) lol

On the school holidays I am hoping we can get into the gardening if this weather clears up.

So I have been missing in action for a bit! I hope you all missed me!
Grab a cuppa I have lots to tell!......

Unfortunately I have been very unwell. I had been unwell for a few mths on and off and then the last two weeks I got very sick and then had a acute reaction to some medication. Anyway with lots of doctors and also seeing a Natrapath I am now starting to get a bit better. It will take some time but I have learnt I need to take better care of me and not neglect myself so Im tip top to take care of my beautiful family.
So for some rest we went away on the weekend to my family's farm in the country. It was soooo gorgeous out there and the wildflowers were amazing. My Aunt has a beautiful B&B so its like staying at a luxury hotel with a wood fire and soooo much homegrown home cooked food! Of coarse the boys took their big toys! Here are a few pics to share...

Due to being sick I have been unable to do any new scrapbooking...but I was excited to see this in this months SM magazine!
