I had fun using lots of layers with some of the new papers from My Minds Eye - Cut and Paste collection
and I just love the little deer from Basic Grey - Mint Julep Collection. The cute arrow paper clip is from Freckled Fawn.

Colour Challenge...

Hi There

These two are my wonderful parents whom are very special to me. As a gift  I framed this layout for them. I created this layout using the August colour challenge at Life.Paper.Scrapbook. This layout started out very different then I got carried away but I really enjoyed playing with mixed media again which I haven't done for a long time!

lots of layers with gesso, ink, stamping, HS color shine, glimmermist, tissue paper, water colour and I even dug out some beautiful prima flowers from my huge stash
